INT 1150 Project Agreement Development and Negotiation
This course provides students with the knowledge and skills to proficiently develop a first draft of a simple RDT&E project agreement under an RDT&E Master Memorandum of Understanding, with a particular focus on effectively addressing the challenging areas of Objectives, Scope, Tasks, Management, and Financial aspects. Additionally, they will have a foundational understanding of the theory and practice behind complex and highly complex project agreements, along with key best practices in these areas.
