This course explains the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) transportation methods and options available to our partner nations.  We explore the Defense Transportation System as well as commercial and partner nation transportation options.  An introduction to Pricing methods and factors utilized to calculate transportation costs for both Working Capital Fund (WCF) items, non-WCF items.  The course will also discuss the authorized charges and how and when they apply to line-item pricing.  We discuss responsibility for particular legs of transportation as well as where/when title transfer occurs.
