Covid 19 may have impeded air travel, but DIILS team members have been busy engaging virtually with some of our partner nations.

DIILS recently graduated 15 students from our Military Justice Resident Course.

DSCA Director, Ms. Heidi Grant, and DSCA Senior Enlisted Advisor, CMSgt Daniel Simpson, visit DIILS and meet with DIILS staff and international participants in our Military Justice resident course.

DIILS graduated 24 students from the 2020 LCC Course. Countries represented were Cameroon, Egypt, Guatemala, Maldives, Philippines, Kenya, Lithuania, Slovak Republic, Moldova, Mongolia, Republic of North Macedonia, Nigeria, Nepal, Sierra Leone, Ukraine, Burkina Faso and Zambia.

We’ve all been there: try as you might to get to the airport on time, traffic is backed up and-- sweaty, stressed, and deflated—you miss your flight. But few have been in the situation where that flight is the last one departing for your home country before borders are closed in response to a global pandemic.
