The learner will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the National Guard functions related to the DoD’s State Partnership Program (SPP) and , recognize the many interrelated aspects of the SPP with other security cooperation authorities, programs, and stakeholders. The learner will be able to demonstrate the linkage between U.S. National Security goals and objectives and their State Partnership Program activities with foreign partners. The learner will be able to plan and execute SPP activities in compliance of U.S. law and policy, nested within U.S. strategic guidance, using the authorized resources available to the program, while contributing to Assessment, Monitoring & Evaluation (AM&E) requirements.
