SCO-250 Security Cooperation Organization (SCO) Qualification Course

The SCO Qualification Course consists of approximately eight weeks at the National Capital Region (NCR) and is the primary training course for those personnel on assignment to SCOs. The course includes content which provide crucial, foundational knowledge for executing Security Cooperation activities with our allies and partners to meet national security objectives. The SCO Qualification Course also provides students with an equivalency certification for the Department of State (DoS)-mandated Foreign Affairs Counter Threat (FACT) Course. For students who need FACT, the SCO Qualification Course meets DoS FACT requirements. Students who already have completed FACT skip this part of the course.  The SCO Qualification Course is a full-time course (except weekends and federal holidays).
