FMS-230 Multinational Foreign Military Sales (FMS)
This FMS Functional Area Optional course will educate and train the USG Security Cooperation Workforce on how to respond to a Letter of Request (LOR) to develop Multinational Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases which include both “Lead Nation” and “Agent Sales” procurements. This course is 3 full days in length with students working asynchronously on Day 1 and the remaining 2 days of the course being Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT).
