Foreign Military Sales and Financing Functional Area Practitioner Level Elective course that will educate and train the USG Security Cooperation Workforce on how to respond and properly process a FMS Letter of Request (LOR) to develop Multinational Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases for eligible European and/or NATO “Lead Nation” and “Agent Sales” procurements.  Course is taught as a vILT (Virtual Instructor Led Training) class over three (3) full days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 0800-1530 ET). Pre-requisites for this course are successful completion of the DSCU FMS Primary Functional Training courses FMS 251 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Process, and the FMS 252 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Process Capstone courses.
