FMS Functional Area Optional Practitioner Level course that will educate and train the USG Security Cooperation Workforce on how to respond and properly process a Letter of Request (LOR) to develop Multinational Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases for eligible European and/or NATO “Lead Nation” and “Agent Sales” procurements. FMS-230 Course Format Options This curriculum offers multiple pathways for completion: Test-Through Exam (Optional) – Students have one attempt to complete the exam within 60 minutes. A minimum score of 80% is required for successful completion. The exam must be taken in a single sitting; early exit results in grading as-is.  Virtual Instructor-Led Training – Interactive sessions conducted in real time through the LMS. **FMS-252 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Lab is a required pre-requisite for this course.
