FMS-253 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case Management

This course defines the overall mission, authorities, and responsibilities of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case manager. It provide information, knowledge, and discussions pertaining to Security Cooperation case planning, development, and execution; focusing on the unique role of the case manager.

This course is designed to provide practical level knowledge and skills for Security Cooperation Professionals in the International Logistics Control Offices (ILCOs); and situational awareness of the case management mission for logistics and acquisition professionals who contribute logistics and pricing data which serve as the foundation of the FMS Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA). Participants will engage in practical exercises and real-world simulations to enhance their ability to contribute effectively to FMS case lifecycle.
