BPC-260 Strategic Considerations for Security Cooperation
This course is designed to provide security cooperation planners at the operational and strategic level with an
understanding of strategic level planning to meet policy and grand strategy objectives in security cooperation.
The course examines security cooperation planning concepts for strategic planning to include creative thinking,
systems approach, developing a rich picture, and theory of change as a methodology. The class will be taught
seminar style with advanced reading and classroom discussions. Course activities will include application
developing a rich picture, constructing a theory of change, and developing a theory of change narrative.
