Technology Security, Foreign Disclosure, and End-Use Controls for Experts is an expert-level core certification course for the security cooperation workforce. The OLT (online training) course includes a case study on the AUKUS partnership, focusing on the release of advanced technologies under “Pillar II” and the associated TSFD considerations in addressing the following:
•    TSFD approval processes for releasing classified or controlled unclassified information and technology to support security cooperation efforts.
•    Foundational security agreements that enable information sharing, transfer of classified military information, and interoperability.
•    The role of disclosure authorities and the Delegation of Disclosure Authority Letter (DDL).
•    Compliance with end-use controls, technology security, foreign disclosure, and program protection requirements across various stages of security cooperation activities.

Assessments:
•    Test-Through Assessment (Optional): This option allows students to receive credit for the course by achieving a passing score (80%) without completing the full coursework.
•    Final Assessment: At the end of the course, students must achieve a passing score (80%) to receive credit. Two attempts are allowed.
