TSFD-201 Technology Security, Foreign Disclosure, and End-use Controls for Practitioners

Technology Security, Foreign Disclosure, and End-use Controls for Practitioners is a Level-2 core competency course for the certification of the security cooperation workforce. You will learn about technology security and foreign disclosure (TSFD) approval processes to release classified or controlled unclassified information and technology to support security cooperation efforts; security agreements that enable information sharing, transfer of classified military information, and interoperability; the role of disclosure authorities and the Delegation of Disclosure Authority Letter (DDL); and compliance with end-use controls, technology security, foreign disclosure, and program protection requirements at various stages of security cooperation activities.
