TSFD-201 Technology Security, Foreign Disclosure, and End Use Controls for Practitioners

Technology Security, Foreign Disclosure, and End-Use Controls for Practitioners is a practitioner-level OLT (online training) core certification course for the security cooperation workforce. The course includes
•    TSFD approval processes for releasing classified or controlled unclassified information and technology in support of security cooperation.
•    Foundational security agreements enabling information sharing, the transfer of classified military information, and interoperability.
•    The role of disclosure authorities and the Delegation of Disclosure Authority Letter (DDL).
•    Compliance with end-use controls, technology security, foreign disclosure, and program protection requirements across various stages of security cooperation activities.

Assessments:
•    Test-Through Assessment (Optional): This option allows students to receive credit for the course by achieving a passing score (80%) without completing the full coursework.
•    Final Assessment: At the end of the course, students must achieve a passing score (80%) to receive credit. Two attempts are allowed.
