This OLT course provides USG personnel an introduction to multinational FMS cases and International Organizations. The course is a Foundational proficiency level Elective for the Foreign Military Sales and Financing Functional Area. It will introduce the students to what Multinational FMS cases are, while also providing details and references to which countries are eligible for Multinational FMS cases, which International Organizations (including the NATO Support and Procurement Agency – NSPA, etc.) are authorized by the USG to be involved with Multinational FMS Lead Nation and Agent Sales cases, and identifying and describing best practices and lessons learned for successful Multinational FMS cases and programs. Successful completion of this course will assist the student for any current or future Multinational FMS case and program job responsibilities.
