FMS-210 Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR)
The purpose of this course is to provide the tools and knowledge required to conduct an MTCR review and assessment of a proposed FMS case. Students completing this course should, at their workplace, be able to access and apply the MTCR Guidelines and Annex to accurately identify MTCR controlled hardware and technologies. If MTCR items are positively identified, course graduates should be able to prepare an MTCR notification, submit notifications to the proper organizations and, if necessary, apply appropriate response to feedback regarding notifications.
