REG-201 Working Across Cultures for Security Cooperation Practitioners
Working across Cultures for Security Cooperation Practitioners introduces participants to the Adaptive Readiness for Culture (ARC) competencies. Using scenarios informed by real-world cases, this course will enable participants to sharpen their interpretations of foreign partner behavior and apply effective communication techniques that bridge cultural gaps. By the end of this course, participants will be able to apply ARC thinking strategies to gain a deeper understanding of partner behaviors and decisions and see how these strategies relate to effectively communicating, collaborating, and cultivating relationships when working in new cultures. This course is a 3-hour online training (OLT).
