FMS-151 is a foundational-level course that delves into the critical aspects of sales and transfers from the United States Government to partner nations globally.  This course also provides students with the information they need to plan, execute, and sustain the many complex and interrelated aspects of sales and transfers under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program executed by the DoD. Designed for professionals involved in Security Cooperation, providing them with the foundational-focused knowledge and skills required to navigate the complexities throughout the FMS process. 

The course objective is to provide a foundational knowledge of SC case and program policies and procedures of the Letter of Offer and Acceptance throughout the entire case lifecycle; to include the planning, development, execution, and closure phases of the life cycle.
