Please join us in extending our congratulations and appreciation to Ms. Susan Kidd on her retirement from federal civilian service after nearly twelve years of dedicated service to the Defense Security Cooperation Agency, DIILS and our Nation. For the last four years, Ms. Kidd served as the DIILS Forward Program Analyst, providing exceptional strategic, analytical, and operational support to the leadership and administration of DIILS during a period of significant transition both within DIILS and within the broader Security Cooperation community of which DIILS is a part. Ms. Kidd superbly represented and advanced DIILS equities in support of statutory and policy-based human rights training requirements, resident education programs, mobile ICB engagements and related legal education and training activities with allies and partners around the world.
We thank Ms. Kidd for her service and for her tremendous dedication and contributions to DIILS, DSCA and the Security Cooperation community, and wish her Fair Winds and Following Seas in her retirement.
