DSCU’s research agenda builds knowledge to improve the practice of Security Cooperation. The research agenda involves understanding why different phenomena occur, from decisions on how governments invest in, develop, and employ military instruments of power to how government sectors administer security force behavior, adopt professional military capabilities, and generate combat power.
