A DIILS team met with leaders from the Guatemalan Navy’s Caribbean and Pacific Naval Commands, Ministry of National Defense, Special Forces Command, and additional operational units, advancing DIILS’ strong partnership with the Guatemalan Navy and supporting their development of new legal policy for maritime security operations.
