This course is designed for personnel who perform security cooperation duties, and provides an overview of the full range of security cooperation activities. It is a scenario-based, self-paced, online course. This course is based on U.S. interaction with the fictitious country of Bandaria. For students to summarize the DoD interactions with international partners, known as Security Cooperation (SC), and recognize the totality of policy, planning, assessment, monitoring, execution, evaluation, and end-use control processes associated with executing effective SC activities and programs.
